The trailer for transportation of bales of TPT-20 is intended for independent loading, transportation and unloading of bales of krupnopakuyushchy press sorters of PPT-1270 of Tukan Max. TPT-20 allows one operator to make loading and transportation of bales without stopping, for one pass, without leaving a tractor cabin. Thus, it is possible to load to 20 bales on one cart.
Principle of work: selection and loading is carried out by fork capture which by means of the manipulator lifts bales on a platform and stores in one or two tiers. The pusher moves a bale back. Unloading is made by method of raising of the platform of the cart in vertical position under 90 degrees.

1. Equipment minimum: When using the trailer one tractor which does not attach to itself(himself) additional equipment and does not demand the organization of work of the whole complex of agricultural cars for many days is necessary.
2. Minimum of efforts: Use of hydraulic capture manipulator completely excludes use of manual skills at selection and unloading of bales.
3. Minimum of working personnel: control of all process of loading of bales is exercised of only one operator from a tractor cabin.
4. Management from a tractor cabin: Convenient management by means of the remote control.

Control system
The control system allows to set in motion capture for selection of bales (manipulator), a pusher for movement of bales and an unloading platform. The control panel is connected in a tractor cabin by a wire which is standard for additional ports on the majority of tractors.
